Before Your Consultation
Do I need to prepare anything?
For a first estate plan, no documents are required. Bring your questions and a general sense of what you want to accomplish.
Already have a plan? Have your existing documents available so we can discuss your questions, the changes you are considering, and any further review that may be needed.
Can we meet by phone or online?
Yes. We offer phone and video consultations, as well as in-person appointments at our Draper and Kaysville offices. We work with clients throughout Utah.
What happens after the consultation?
You decide whether to move forward. Before work begins, we’ll confirm the scope and flat fee and explain the next steps for preparing your estate plan.
