Justin started the practice in 2016 as J. Cutler Law. In 2019, he partnered with Justin Riley, and the firm became Cutler Riley Law. Today, the practice operates as Legacy Peak Estate Planning Law.
Justin helps Utah individuals and families create and update their estate plans. His approach emphasizes clear explanations, direct communication, and practical guidance throughout the planning process.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf, and working on his chess game.

Justin H. Riley
Justin Riley became Justin Cutler’s partner in 2019, when the practice became Cutler Riley Law. He focuses on estate planning, asset protection, and probate.
His background in real estate law informs his work with clients whose plans involve homes, investment properties, or business interests. He takes time to explain the planning choices and documents so clients understand how the pieces fit together.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys time outdoors with his family, music, and writing. He is a published author of science fiction and fantasy.

Donna R. Evans
Donna brings estate-planning experience and a background in business ownership to her work with clients. Her experience includes operating Horizon Health Insurance Agency and owning a real estate investment and management company.
She also previously served as mayor of West Jordan.
Outside the office, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, traveling, volunteering, and playing golf.

2026 — Legacy Peak Estate Planning Law
The firm adopted the name Legacy Peak Estate Planning Law.
