Justin focuses exclusively on estate planning and probate, helping Utah families protect their loved ones, preserve their legacies, and plan for the future with confidence. His commitment to that work has earned the firm a reputation as one of Utah's most trusted estate planning practices.
Outside of the office, Justin is a family man at heart. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing golf, working on his chess game, and cheering on his favorite teams.

He brings a background in real estate law to his estate planning practice, which gives him a practical advantage when clients have real property, investment holdings, or business interests that need to be integrated into their overall plan.
Justin is known for being responsive and approachable. He takes the time to explain each document and each decision so that clients leave their appointments understanding exactly what they have signed and why.
Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, sharing his love of music, and writing. He is a published author of science fiction and fantasy.

Donna Evans brings 7 years of experience in estate planning to Cutler Riley.A varied and successful business career is among the many talents that Donna brings to Cutler | Riley. Over her career, Donna has successfully owned and operated Horizon Health Ins. Agency for more than 20 years and has owned a real estate investment/management company for over 10 years. She was also the Mayor of West Jordan from 1998-2002.
Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and grandchild and her hobbies include cooking, organic gardening, traveling, volunteering, and golf.
