Do I need both a will and a trust?
That depends on your assets, family circumstances, and goals. Many of our clients use a revocable living trust as the foundation of their estate plan together with a will, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. We will explain which documents make sense for you during the consultation.

Yes. Our complete estate planning packages include preparation and recording of one property deed.
How long does the process take?
Most estate plans are completed within approximately two to three weeks from consultation to signing, although more complicated planning can take longer.
